Axis Pre-Employment Screenings are designed for clients who require a structured functional and physical screening assessment which matches the critical job demands of a prospective worker’s role.
A screening involving physical and functional elements can be undertaken to determine if a worker can meet the genuine occupational requirements of a specific job.
It can occur prior to employment or periodically throughout employment. Information supplied in the report following the pre-employment screening provides valuable information regarding a workers capacity and whether they have met all criteria.
It can also be undertaken for periodic employment assessments. It is separate to a medical pre-employment examination.
